At Dolce Hayes Mansion in San Jose, Calif. the challenge is of a slightly more refined nature. Meetings guests can make like “Top Chef’s”and whip up culinary creations for fellow guests. Outfitted with chef hats and aprons, they get to cook multi-course meals for fellow attendees while the Dolce staff serves the food, allowing participants to be creative and socialize with each other, but also develop leadership and listening skills by giving and understanding directions.
